Spring washers are placed whit high cone side towards bearing between drive pin and bearing .Tighten nut till most axle play is eliminated, little common sense is appreciated while tightening the nut , ram the nut home    kiss the bearing good by, simple equation .Small drop of lock tight on the nut would help , just in case .
