maybe converting to Sedan front A arms,  after al it’s a hobby -- anything goes -and if nothing
 else at least > He’s < trying something else . hehehe stay tuned - he did promise pictures
 

Attention: in my opinion only same diameter tires should be used to avoid damage to drive train
 components ? - if full scale 1/8 tires aka Serpent want to be used , personally I would run this conversion only whit a One Way bearing axle up front or change appropriate pulleys and belts.
